Sheet index, six trades, one crew

The water first, then everything built around it.

Most yards in Palo Cedro and Redding end up with a pool from one company, a deck from a second, concrete from a third and planting from a fourth. Greg Sweatt draws it as one plan and his crew builds all of it, so the shell, the surround, the steps and the beds are laid out together. Greg is a licensed general contractor (Lic# 913884) and he is on site daily.

Fiberglass pools

Inground fiberglass shells from Leisure Pools and San Juan Pools, set by Greg's own crew. A fiberglass pool can be swimming in as little as two to three weeks. Palo Cedro Pool & Spa carries two builders, Leisure Pools and San Juan Pools, so the shell is chosen for your yard rather than the other way round.

Redwood and composite decks, stairs, arbors, gazebos and fencing, framed by the crew that set the pool so the levels and the steps meet the water properly.

  • Decorative concrete

Pool decks and surrounds, faux rock, walkways, retaining walls, waterfalls, grottos, fire pits and outdoor kitchens, poured and finished on your own site.

  • Landscaping

Trees, shrubs, ground covers and flowers, stone and concrete site walls, arbors, trellises, irrigation and sprinklers, planted last so nothing gets driven over.

If you have an issue, you call Greg directly. There is no middleman and no runaround.

The same crew does all of the work, which is why a pool here arrives as a finished backyard. Read what customers wrote on the Raves page, meet Greg and Paula, or see financing options before you plan the sheet.
